On 12 October 2010, the National Federation of Demolition Contractors will be hosting a unique Demolition Day conference/seminar.
Designed to educate and entertain delegates from across the construction and demolition spectrum, the Demolition Day will provide a unique insight into the workings of the UK demolition industry; its hopes; its aspirations; and its challenges. Backed by representatives of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), Waste Resources Action Programme (WRAP) and Building Research Establishment (BRE), the event will also look at how the industry is leading the way in the recycling and reuse of so-called waste products to maximise materials resource efficiency and to minimise the levels of waste to landfill.
