REACH Guidance
Secondary aggregates that are not considered to be a waste are subject to the requirements of REACH. The pre-registration deadline is effectively at the end of this week.
Attached is a one page flyer that gives the materials (substances) that apply to secondary aggregate producers, and also gives the website address to do the pre-registration on. I understand it involves entering company details and then the substances as listed on the flyer that are applicable to the business.
